  • Loan To Value (LTV): up to 75%
  • Term: 1 month to 2 years
  • Rate: 1% per month
  • Interest: Retained or serviced
  • Security: 1st Legal Charge
  • Applicants: We accept applications from individuals, partnerships, sole traders, and limited companies (subject to a Director’s Personal Guarantee)
