That’s why our bridging loan criteria is designed to cater to the individual needs of our clients. We provide loans ranging from £100,000 to £5m, with the possibility of considering higher amounts upon referral.

Amount: £100,000 to £5m (higher amounts can be considered upon referral)
Loan To Value (LTV): up to 75%
Term: 1 month to 2 years
Rate: 1% per month
Interest: Retained or serviced
Security: 1st Legal Charge
Applicants: We accept applications from individuals, partnerships, sole traders, and limited companies (subject to a Director’s Personal Guarantee)
